Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who possesses a genuine passion for Social Media and a deep understanding of the various platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall clients' needs and objectives. 
• Plans, executes, and optimizes social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to achieve specific goals
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
• Management of clients' Social Media accounts: planning and execution of monthly calendars, content scheduling, boosting, and monitoring. 
• Manages all social conversations, and responds to comments & questions in the right tone of voice based on the profile of each client and each channel. 
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators ( KPIs) for Social Media channels. 
• Provide reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. 
• Handle META Business manager responsibilities, including adding and removing access to assets, overseeing account settings, and managing user permissions. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience. 
• Tech savvy and passionate about SM trends.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Excellent verbal & writing skills both in Greek & English. 
• Team player.
• META certification is considered an advantage.
