We seek a skilled and experienced Software Development Team Leader to oversee and guide our talented team of developers. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the development team, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Mentorship and Development: Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow both personally and professionally, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all code produced by the team meets high-quality standards, adheres to best practices, coding and security standards through code reviews and testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment and smooth integration of development efforts with overall business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Remain updated on the most recent trends and advancements in software development, offering technical guidance and expertise to the team whenever necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Python, with a deep understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience in JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Fluent in Greek & English.
