The Spa Attendant will be responsible for the following:

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T. as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement

• Assist in the smooth flow of the guest experience throughout their stay.
• Work closely with Spa Therapist and assist in Treatment room preparations, set up – cleaning
• Daily checks of stock requirements for a smooth operation are in place.
• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties, responsibilities as required by the position or assigner to by HOD
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Spa Operations Supervisor.
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa
• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests
• Will be responsible for the maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, fitness and wellness center, spa suites and pool. These should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Standards and Procedure and Health and Safety Standards

Requirements

• Greek - English communication skills both written/verbal.
• Self Motivated
• Must work in a safe, organized manner.
• Be committed to local & corporate policies, procedures as they reflect upon the Hotel & brand.
