Spa Receptionist for Costa Navarino (2024)

Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 2.600 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

We are seeking for an experienced, capable and professional "Spa Reception Agent" to ensure guest satisfaction regarding the below mentioned areas of Spa services in accordance with the Costa Navarino standards. The successful candidate will utilize sales techniques and strategies to promote and optimize retail sales revenues.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service oriented environment at all times
• Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
• Needs to be knowledgeable of other departments’ services, etc.
• Making reservations for all Spa treatments.
• Sales of Spa merchandise.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests, some of who will require high levels of diplomacy, collect information and resolve conflicts.
• Has to receive payments for guests.
• Closing books at the end of the business day.
• Basic mathematical comprehension to understand the interpret numbers as they apply to operation in hotels and spas.

Requirements

• Hospitality or customer service or reception desk and/or salon/spa experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests
• Be an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage
• Possess strong computer skills – experience in using reservations softwares.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills with a high ability to multitask
• Sales oriented and experienced
