Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece. We specialize in connecting talented professionals with top employers, and this time, we are looking for someone to represent Canon, a global leader in imaging solutions.
As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent for Canon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and addressing concerns
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canon products and imaging solutions is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
