As a Spanish Speaking Online iGaming Customer Support representative, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking players, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking players in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide support via live chat, email, and phone
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Stay up-to-date on game offerings, promotions, and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure player satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
