As a Spanish Speaking Online iGaming Customer Support representative, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking players, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking players in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide support via live chat, email, and phone
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Stay up-to-date on game offerings, promotions, and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure player satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
