Store Manager (Υπεύθυνος/η Καταστήματος)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well-established fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager in Athens(Chalandri, Kifisia, Athens center)

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales activities, and analyze sales data to drive business growth.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that attract customers and promote products.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to ensure availability of products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving complaints, and handling customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
