***This position will be created for the new adidas store opening in Patra at the end of November 2024. The first stage interview will be by videoconference between June 10th and 21st. The second stage interview will be in person in Patra during July. ***

WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

• 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management.
• Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management.
• Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience.
• Fluency in English. Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI.
