Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service across the store
- Manage and supervise the store team
- Recruit and train highly motivated store staff
- Plan and organize the daily operations of the store
- Meeting sales and revenue targets by setting, monitoring and achieving relevant objectives
- Coordinate visual merchandising standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar position, preferably within the fashion field
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to drive results and motivate the store team
- Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Computer literate
- University/College degree will be considered an advantage
