We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for streamlining our logistics operations and uncovering new opportunities to enhance efficiency. Collaborating closely with other departments, you'll ensure the seamless movement of products from suppliers to customers. You'll play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will align procurement, logistics, and inventory management to achieve our business goals while cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and partners through their cross-functional expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee global supply chain operations, including procurement, production, transportation, and distribution.
• Ensure effective use of premises, assets, and communication channels.
• Take over the Supply Chain process restructuring, including Policy drafting, implementation etc.
• Optimize procedures using the Company’s ERP & the 3PL IT solutions.
• Monitor 3PL operational performance by analyzing specific KPIs.
• Prepare inventory forecasting reports, including manufacturing schedules, sales estimations, import/export requirements, stock levels etc.
• Communicate with suppliers, and logistics partners to secure profitable deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and monitor the shipment of final products according to customer specifications.
• Dispute resolution with customers, including managing returns, refunds etc.
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory and execute orders on Softone and reconcile Company’s records with the 3PL records.
• Prepare accurate periodic reports for the Finance Dept & the upper management.
• Plan for the operational expansion/shipping in new countries (mainly developing countries).
• Contact with local customs and resolve custom related issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a logistics/supply chain coordinator.
• Experience working in supply chain roles involving international operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in using logistics software and computer systems.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English.
• Experience with Softone is a plus
