Swedish speaking representative for security system

Role Description

We are on the hunt for a talented Swedish Speaking Representative for our Security System. This position will be based in the lively city of Piraeus, Greece. As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in providing an outstanding experience for our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any emerging issues that our customer accounts might face. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English languages
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of consumer Cyber Safety will be considered an asset
