Task description

• Work with the IT infrastructure, operating systems, and specialized auto-industry software.
• Proactive monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of various IT infrastructures.
• Analyze and optimize the IT infrastructure for IT security and ensure trouble-free operation.
• Be responsible for user IT Helpdesk for hardware and software support.
• Gain insights into the planning and implementation of new projects. Implement your own projects.
• Apply best and most modern practices in IT Security.

Basic Qualifications

• AInterest in technical challenges and, ideally, initial experience in hardware and software.
• Enjoy communicating and dealing with others and have a service-oriented way of working.
• Excellent command of the English language and technical terminology.
• Good command of the German Language(at least B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Good command of Office365 and administrative tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of file-sharing software (NFS, Windows, Samba).
• Excellent knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Firewalling, Routing, DNS/DHCP).
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
• Familiarity/experience with process automation (VBA, Python, PowerShell, Bash Scripting).
• Experience with Information Security Management Systems to conform with the highest industry standards(ISO/TISAX).
• Experience with penetration testing and technical vulnerability management.
• Experience in hardware maintenance.
