System/Network Administrator

In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for a Senior System/Network Administrator on behalf of Connect Line, a proud member of the ARTION Group of companies, which offers integrated business solutions including ERP, HRM, CRM, Business Intelligence ( BI), Warehouse Management System (VMS), and Cloud BI services.

About the role:

As a System/Network Administrator, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high - quality IT services and support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with vendors and IT personnel to resolve challenges and successfully deliver projects.
• Configuration, installation and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points across headquarters.
• Network performance monitoring and prompt resolution of any network- related challenges.
• Implementation and maintenance of network security protocols in collaboration with the IT team.
• Establishment and administration of virtual private networks (VPNs) and other remote access solutions.
• Maintenance of network documentation, including network diagrams, hardware inventory and configuration details.
• End-user assistance for network-related challenges; excellent customer service.
• Evaluation of network upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Continuous research into innovative technologies to discover new and efficient solutions for day-to-day challenges.
• Diagnosis and resolution of software, hardware, and connectivity challenges.
• Participation in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles, with focus on infrastructure and systems administration.
• Proficiency in cloud services, Azure and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.
• Fluency in English.
