Job Duties

- Plan and implement the assigned hiring strategy and initiatives;

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting;

- Strong presentation and communication skills;

- Advanced user of recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc.);

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently;

- Ready for quickly changing environment;

- Excellent organizational and time management skills;

- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills;

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws through the process;

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;

- Administer and submit all hiring work for new employees.

Job Requirements

- Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;

- Source potential candidates through online channels;

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
