Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Information Technology Help Desk / End-user Support Engineer. The role involves resolving technical issues to the satisfaction of the client, providing timely responses to technical support inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation of technical support tickets and resolutions, and working with other IT department personnel to resolve escalations. The IT Help Desk will also be responsible for setting up new user accounts, email profiles, and computer setups, as well as hardware/software moves, adds, and changes.
