Technical Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and material submittals
• Collaborate with the design team to develop engineering solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions to construction challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and communications
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
