Job Description - Technical Support Specialist

ASBIS Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB) - Leading Value Add Distributor, OEM, and Solutions Provider of IT, IoT, IoT, AI across CEE, FSU, MEA - is searching an experienced candidate for the vacancy of Technical Support Specialist for our new direction of business Clevetura LTD ().

Clevetura LTD is a part of ASBIS group () Clevetura is engineering company which develops the technology called TouchOnKeys®. TouchOnKeys® combines scissors keyboard and touchpad in one device. It's patented and in mass production and unique. By using TouchOnKeys® keyboard in the laptop there is no need in touchpad (because touchpad is inside the keyboard), so it creates new possibilities for laptop brands. Also overall user experience of TouchOnKeys® is better than on competitive keyboard touchpad solution.

About the position:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Clevetura, you will engage with users through live chat, addressing inquiries related to Clevetura keyboards -


Main tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Document interactions and maintain records.
  • Manage our Discord community, fostering engagement and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with Clevetura Insiders to gather valuable product feedback.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Lead Developers to enhance TouchOnKeys technology.

Requirements:

  • Previous 3 years of experience working with consumer electronics.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, technical support, etc. roles.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing and passionate individual who loves to help people.
