We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Technology Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the tech landscape to drive the creation of cutting-edge products for our organization.

Technology Scouting:

Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies.

Conduct market research to identify potential technology partners and collaborators.

Evaluate the feasibility and relevance of new technologies to the organization's goals.

Innovation Strategy:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovation goals and strategies and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.

Develop and maintain a roadmap for integrating new technologies into our product portfolio.

Provide insights and recommendations on the potential impact of emerging technologies on the industry.

Prototyping and Proof of Concept:

Lead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the viability of innovative ideas.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing products or the development of new products.

Risk Assessment:

Conduct risk assessments for the adoption of new technologies, considering factors such as security, scalability, and compliance.

Mitigate potential risks by proposing alternative solutions or modifications to the innovation roadmap.

Continuous Learning:

Act as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in technology scouting, innovation strategy, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to AI, IoT, blockchain, Serverless components, and cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
