TikTok Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced TikTok Expert to join our growing team. As a TikTok Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies tailored specifically to the TikTok platform. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, maximizing engagement and reach, negotiating brand deals, monitoring trends, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Job Description 

• Develop and implement effective content strategies for TikTok accounts managed by Heaven Music
• Guide and train our creators through the process of creating engaging and creative TikTok content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with clients' branding objectives
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the TikTok community
• Collaborate with content creators to understand their goals and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing their TikTok presence
• Negotiate brand partnerships, sponsorships, and other monetization opportunities on behalf of our content creators
• Monitor TikTok performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular insights and reports to clients
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm changes, best practices, and industry trends
• Add final touches to content created by our team of content creators, including video captions, sound effects, and other enhancements to make the videos more engaging

Requirements

• Relevant diploma in Marketing /Web Content Management is required

• Proven track record of success managing TikTok accounts for brands or creators, with demonstrable results in audience growth, engagement, and monetization
• Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including its unique features, trends, and user behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brand partners
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong operational skills, team player and eager for personal development
• Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to ideate and execute compelling content ideas
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital advertising
• Familiarity with other social media platforms such as YouTube and Instagram
• Experience using analytics tools and platforms to track performance and measure success
• Experience with short-form video editing (Adding Captions, SFX and VFX)
