ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-established FMCG company , is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Trade Marketing Supervisor.
Trade Marketing Supervisor (Ref. code: 6525/ΤΜS/ESS/GR)
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Supervisor who will report to the Senior Brand & Trade Manager to support the Sales & Marketing team.
Main Tasks:
Promotional Plan Management & Optimization
Keep track of promotional activity (including competitors) Evaluate promo ROI Present key findings and recommend improvements Propose dedicated trade promo activations in customers (i.e. competitions, events, promoters, gifts, tailor-made packs, TVCs, cross promos) in close collaboration with KAM’s Support KAM’s in the communication of promo activations to customers Sales Support
Prepares and updates trade presentations, trade folders, and sales sheet Proposes, prepares, and updates pos materials Prepares action plan for sales, and tracks advancement vs. KPI’s Sales Planning & Reporting
Consolidate information (i.e.: upcoming promotions, new listings) to support sales forecasting process Market Shares per customer analysis, follow up & reporting internally in co-operation with Product Managers. Link sell-in with sell-out data (where applicable) Track distribution data on monthly basis. Track performance vs. target for new launches Customer profitability monitoring, and maximization of ROI. Price Structures (Profit&Loss) monitoring at customer level
Job Requirements
Candidate profile:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced FMCG organization is an absolute must Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field Fluency in English, both oral & written Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills and MS Excel
