We are currently looking for a Traffic & Storage Coordinator to join our Engineering team.

Your role will encompass:

• Tracks the shipment and the delivery of equipment and materials on construction sites
• Ensures the compliance with the delivery plan
• Liaise with the subcontractors and supervises the off-loading of the materials/equipment from the trucks to ensure the compliance with the off-load procedures
• Supervises stocking of materials and equipment to ensure the compliance with the projects’ needs
• Ensures the implementation of the quality checks of the delivered equipment/materials
• Generates periodical reports and informs the project director about delays on the delivery plan
• Receives and distributes the relevant documentation (invoices, BL’s, packing lists, etc.)
• Follows-up the VAT exception procedures and ensures the compliance with the requirements of the relevant laws and normative
• Issues the traffic management plan and coordinates with the project teams to ensure the access of the trucks to the construction sites
• Ensures the collaboration between the suppliers, the transporters, and the project teams
• Liaise with the construction director and the project managers to ensure the logistic needs of the site teams
• Coordinates and monitors site supply procedures
• Supervises stocking of materials and equipment to ensure the compliance with the projects’ needs

What you bring to the role:

• Working experience on the logistics of construction sites
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Languages: English essential
• Excellent communication, organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field
