Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
- Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
- Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials.
- Develop and create effective induction programs.
- Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers.
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques, and identify where they are relevant.
- Be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent grammar skills.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field (training or teaching).
- Preferable BPO experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to present and facilitate class discussions.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a knack for engaging audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
- Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of content.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools and technologies is an advantage.
