Responsibilities:

• Corporate Travel Management: Oversee and coordinate corporate travel arrangements (air, lodging, etc.) and operations.
• Policy Utilization: Implement strategic travel policies and programs.
• Travel Documentation: Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, etc.
• Credit Card Handling: Manage credit card programs and charges.
• Compliance: Ensure all travel procedures comply with relevant regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in travel programs.

Requirements:

• Education: College or University degree.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of both English and Greek.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Driving Licence: Must hold a valid driving licence.
• Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Sabre or Galileo reservation systems and/or previous travel industry experience.
