Visual Merchandiser

As our Company continues to grow, we are looking to recruit Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Limassol.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement attractive and functional floor displays and window layouts to maximize product appeal and sales.
• Strategically position products to highlight key features, new arrivals, and promotional items, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Warehouse/ P urchasing team to ensure product availability and t imely replenishment.
• Stay informed about current trends in furniture and home decor to keep our displays fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and feedback, adapting merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotions, sales events, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure all merchandising displays comply with company standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Obtaining input from stakeholders regarding the displays' visual impact and implementing any necessary adjustments
• Conducting competitor research in order to surprise and delight our customers
• Maintaining all VM standards by continually reviewing product placement and merchandise layout to maximise opportunities

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS :

• University Degree in visual merchandising, retail management, or a related fi eld
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Strong visual design and space planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and a ttention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Being a passionate individual that stays up to date on trends and enjoys home and interior design.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

• A competitive salary
• Five-day work week (Monday – Saturday)
