Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders promptly and accurately
• Greet and interact with guests, presenting menus and taking drink and food orders.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly communicate any modifications to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages with precision and efficiency
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive dining experience
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to guests
• Remain attentive to guests' needs while providing an above-and-beyond experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and complaint-handling skills
• Positive outlook, outgoing customer service-oriented personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage items, including any dietary restrictions or allergies
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered as a plus.
