Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant who will assist in the proper operation of the warehouse as well as maintaining inventory control systems for all materials.

Duties:

• Assist in ensuring proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures and equipment, arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all materials and keep inventory current at all times.
• Ensure a smooth, efficient and well-coordinated warehouse operations
• Set and implement periodical inventory counts.
• Ensure all orders are prepared on time.
• Fill all necessary documentation
• Secure adequate and safe stocking goods.
• Ensure orderly and safe conditions at all times.
• Respon sible for warehouse safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
