Warehouse & Delivery Specialist (Dual-Role) (7520)

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding distributor of luxury products across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse & Delivery Specialist (Dual-Role) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Warehouse & Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for the safe and responsible handling of incoming goods, their safe and correct storage, as well as their delivery and correct pricing to retail outlets across Cyprus. Our client is seeking applicants who have proven experience in warehouse operations, who hold a clean, current drivers’ licence. Fluency in Greek and English are a must. A competitive salary is offered to the successful applicant, as well as a company vehicle during working hours for the delivery of goods across Cyprus. Working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 13:00 each Saturday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
• Inspect and label received goods before storing them in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, including aisles, racks, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Update inventory records to reflect incoming stock and ensure proper documentation.
• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit, following packaging guidelines and standards.
• Ensure correct and accurate pricing for each product to be sold in retail outlets.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to retail outlets across Cyprus.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and record inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Holder of a current, clean drivers’ licence.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
