Warehouse Operator (7198)

CareerFinders , on behalf of our client, an established and expanding international provider of Marketing, Content & Social Media services to the Music & Entertainment industry, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Operator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will play a key role processing, organising, and packing official band merchandise, ensuring the warehouse facility runs efficiently and effectively at all times.

Our client is seeking applicants who possess experience in warehouse operations and logistics, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You will need to hold a current, clean driver’s licence, own a vehicle, and be able to lift boxes weighing up to 20kg. Our client offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00, 5 days per week. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Run, organise and ensure the warehouse is in order.
• Create report of daily orders through the internal system (on weekly rotation).
• Prepare, pack and ship orders daily.
• Deal with order returns.
• Folding of merchandise and restocking of shelves
• Prepare daily Post Office reports for weekly payments.
• Arrange incoming shipments with courier services and drivers.
• Inspect stock items for defects and report to the merchandise team.
• Receive, unpack, and evaluate incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Run regular counts of stock, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors.
• Ensure warehouse is always fully stocked with packing material, stationery, and the tools needed for day-to-day operations.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• High school diploma is required.
• A degree or diploma in logistics or warehouse management will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Driver License and ownership of a car.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and strong general computer skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift boxes of up to 20kg, unassisted in some cases.
