Retail Sales Account Manager

Position responsibilities:

• Planning, development & management of the retailer network to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
• Adherence to the respective commercial procurement policy
• Supervise performance evaluation of each associate
• Participate in training & development of sales teams to improve productivity
• Monitor & record competition
• Formulate & provide reports to management

Necessary qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of experience in Retail channels
• Experience in account management preferred (energy, telcos etc.)
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (excel, power point)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
• Strong commercial acumen and result driven mentality
• Excellent presentation/ communication skills
• Strong team spirit and collaboration
