Assistant Accountant

Role Description

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, data entry, financial reporting, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves :

• Control and registration of documents, collections, payments, invoices and accounting entries
• Updating and checking customer and supplier records
• Bank agreements
• Reconciliation and Control of store cash registers
• Agreement and control of income and expense documents My data

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting or finance degree
• More than 5 years of experience in an accounting office with C' category books, preferably in a retail company
• Very good knowledge of ERP accounting programs (Knowledge of NAVISION is desired)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of English
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow strict deadlines
