DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the digital marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for attrattivo and ALE brands.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing and digital advertising.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns for both attrattivo and ALE brands to promote products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content, including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action, tailored to each brand's unique identity and target audience.
• Support in segmenting email lists based on customer data and behavior for each brand to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
• Help in setting up automated email workflows, including welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders etc. for both brands.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing email campaign metrics for both brands, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support in uploading website banners, promotional assets, and product imagery to enhance the visual appeal of the websites for both Attrattivo and ALE.
• Assist in creating virtual product categories on the websites for both brands to improve navigation and showcase key product collections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
