We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the promotion and sales activities of Apianthos Honey.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to champion our Apianthos Honey brand, by creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for nature and natural products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Apianthos Honey products, including website content, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Create engaging and informative content to showcase the unique qualities of Apianthos Honey, emphasizing its natural and sustainable attributes (videography, photos etc).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with online retailers, distributors, and partners to expand the distribution network and reach a wider audience.
• Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new Apianthos Honey products and ensure their successful launch in the market.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to remain at the forefront of the market.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand Apianthos Honey's market reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Develop and execute sales plans, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
• Research and write articles, blog posts, and press releases related to honey products, sustainability, and eco-friendly practices.
• Global Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to extend our honey distribution to new global markets, identifying potential regions and developing strategic partnerships to increase market presence.
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage transportation logistics, including selecting carriers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing distribution routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to international customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
• Knowledge of Design Software like InDesign and illustrator will be considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Passion for nature and natural products, with an understanding of the benefits of eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey the value of Apianthos Honey.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.
