Digital Marketing Specialist

Key accountabilities:
The right candidate will:
Liaise with marketing, digital and in-house creative team to develop, implement and optimize engaging social media, email, website and blog content, video production, campaign slogans and taglines, hashtags etc to promote company’s brands and products according to Marketing Strategy. He/she will also be an important part of the marketing department who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites (currently: www.fournarakis.gr, www.ffgroup-toolindustries.com, www.benman-tools.com, www.ffgroup-tools.com, www.morris-deco.com, www.hugo-locks.com) and B2B e-commerce platform.

We are looking for an individual who will bring expertise and new ideas to the table, to grow and evolve the business as part of a high performing team.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media and communication calendar for corporate and product brands (F.F. GROUP, BENMAN, FLEX, SKIL)
Update content on social media channels for company’s brands (local & foreign markets/exports) according to calendar and campaigns
Perform & monitor copywriting of day-to-day social media, newsletter and website content, taking best practices, latest social media trends and SEO into account.
Set-up and execute social media (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) and Newsletter campaigns, monitor and report on achieved targets and performace
Update websites’ content on a regular basis and ensure websites’ functionality including online product catalogues
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Closely monitor competition digital activities (e-commerce, offers, social media & newsletter content etc)
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews (Community management).
Manage new tasks, either assigned or created, in the process of our company’s digital transformation.
Work closely with external vendors (Digital Agency, Web Development agency)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication or in related fields
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing
3-5 years in Social Media Management/ Digital Marketing with hands on experience in creating, curating and managing content in social media channels with solid knowledge of community management
Familiarity with email marketing platforms - Mailchimp, Moosend preferred – content creation and design, segmentation, automation, reporting
Proven copywriting skills for all kinds of digital copy – strong on Social Media & Web in both Greek and English
Previous work experience in a retail, wholesale or e-commerce business
Experience in B2B marketing /content creation will be considered a plus.
Other EU language knowledge would be an advantage
Hands-on experience in using any CMS
Experience in social media ads (concept, copy, creation, targeting, optimization and analytics) preferred
Knowledge of web and social media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, Google AdWords etc.), SEO and keyword search
Internet and technology savvy and always up to date with the latest trends and technologies in social media
Very good knowledge and practical usage of the MS Office tools
Basic photo editing, HTML skills, experience in managing international communities, and familiarity with CRM/ERP system would be an advantage
