Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent for Singapore Airlines - Fully Covered Relocation Package to Greece!

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team in Athens. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to Singapore Airlines customers. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.

Daily duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight details, bookings, and other airline services.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Airlines products and services.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately.
