Key Responsibilities

• Implement Quality and Food Safety / HACCP procedures as per the internal 
management system. 
• Review compliance of product labelling against national and EU regulations 
for F&B categories.
• Ensure stores keep food safety, cleanliness and sanitation records updated at 
all times.
• Support and periodically participate in internal or external audits, report on 
findings.
• Assist with resolving quality-related issues and customer complaints. 
• Support staff trainings on quality and food safety practices.
• Assist with product recalls/withdrawals and holds/releases.
• Complete other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Core Skills

• Familiar with food safety legislation, hygiene best practices, and ISO 22000 / 
HACCP standards. 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English. both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively 
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High work ethic combined with self-motivation. 
• Willing to learn and progress with the role. 
• Keen attention to detail.

What you bring to the table

• Degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Agricultural Studies, Management, or 
similar. 
• 1 year of professional experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
