Your day-to-day tasks will be troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, providing timely updates and follow-ups to our clients. You will also be expected to take part in creating technical guides and FAQs. This is a position based in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the German language
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
