Role Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for an Entry-Level Recruiter. As a part of our team, your main responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, connecting with individuals looking for employment opportunities, conducting initial screening and interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. No prior experience is needed for this role as we provide fully paid training.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of these languages: Dutch, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish.
• Valid European Union passport
• Willingness to undertake a 4-month training program in Athens
• Ability to work remotely post-training
