Dutch speaking Support Agent

Role Description

As a Dutch speaking Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, solving customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls. As part of the role, you will also be expected to maintain customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. This remote position allows you to work from home in Athens.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• No prior experience required
• Valid European Union passport
• Ability to work remotely
