Role Description

As a German Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the hero gamers need. Your main gig? Helping our players with their questions and issues. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be doing:

  • Answering player inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Providing top-notch assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve the gaming experience.
  • Documenting and reporting bugs or issues to the development team.
  • Staying updated on game changes, updates, and policies.

Requirements

  • Ability to work from home in Greece if the position is remote.
