Role Description

As a German Speaking Customer Consultant for Mercedes, your role will be fundamental in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Based in the vibrant city of Athens, you'll have the chance to work from the comfort of your home, providing top-notch customer service to our valued Mercedes clients. Your daily duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is an entry-level position and we warmly welcome those with no experience in the field. We believe in learning on the job and we'll provide fully paid training to equip you with all the necessary skills.
