Role Description

As a German Speaking Technical Support Consultant based in Athens, Greece, your primary role will be to provide top-notch customer service in the sectors of aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, and energy. Daily duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance and support to customers, and working remotely to deliver high-quality service. This is an entry-level position and no experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
