German-speaking Technical Support

Role Description

As a German-speaking Technical Support, your role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the industries of social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. Your daily duties will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required as we provide fully paid training. As this is a remote position and you'll be working from your new home in Athens.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Valid European Union passport or ID
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
