Role Description

As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clientele. Your daily duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and handling customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. You will also contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships. This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home in Athens.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with dissatisfied customers
• Valid European Union passport
• Entry-level - no prior experience required
