Role Description

As a Czech-speaking Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in the Automotive Industry. Your daily duties will include providing professional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat, and offering solutions based on client needs. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working remotely from Athens, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality support to our clients.
