Role Description

As a German speaking Support Specialist in the Automotive Industry, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service. Your daily duties will include responding to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints, providing customers with product and service information, and updating existing customer information in the system. Working remotely from the comfort of your home in Athens, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients in the Automotive industry have come to expect from us.
