As a Remuneration & HR Operations Associate your call is to implement our People strategy, to ensure people’s readiness to face today’s business goals and future challenges. You will report to the Remuneration & HR Operations Manager.

Specifically, you will:

• Participate in the pre-boarding and the onboarding process;
• Monitor and data entry to HR systems;
• Execute HR reports;
• Ensure & maintain legal compliance and updates (GDPR, labor law);
• Drive the HR Operations processes (ERGANI & ERGANI II); and
• Participate in various HR projects/programs.

Requirements

To be considered you must have:

• BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
• Experience up to 1 year;
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills on both Greek & English language;
• Excellent organizational, multi – tasking and time management skills;
• Creative mindset and proactive problem solving skills;
• Experienced with HR metrics;
• A positive, “can do” attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with HR Systems (BambooHR, Workable).
