ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, major Consumer Goods Retailer is looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst

Our client is a leading group of companies in Greece with commercial activity spanning across several countries in EU distributing quality consumer goods.

📌 Location: Athens, North sector

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote)

🖋️You will be reporting to the Group Back Office IT Manager

What you will do:

As an SAP Business Analyst you will join the SAP Team and you will provide your expertise to understand the SAP Ecosystem Business needs and actively assist in the company’s Digital Transformation journey

More specifically you will:

• Develop and optimize applications within the SAP environment having solid knowledge of the main modules MM, SD, FI, CO
• Work with the key users to identify business requirements and develop the technical solutions based on best practices and efficient workflows
• Participate in project quality management tasks, such as quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code reviews
• Facilitate change management processes by assessing the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes 
• Communicate project status, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Consultant or Specialist, with experience in SAP ERP implementation and support in the retail sector
• Previous participation in multinational projects
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both Greek and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize software for efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
