Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Spanish Speaking Technical Support for Volkswagen. This entry-level role is based in Athens and does not require prior experience as comprehensive training will be provided. Your daily duties will include assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will also involve data entry, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level technical support when necessary. As a remote role, you will be working from the comfort of your home in Athens.

Requirements
