Our Client a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy is currently seeking a talented German or Frenchspeaking Account Manager (Customer Experience) to join their dynamic team in Athens Greece.
Tasks
As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in helping our representatives close deals on target accounts within a designated region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving or overachieving the assigned product quota every quarter in line with the companys targets.
- Conducting planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts focusing on growth through upselling or introducing new solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers helping them find the right document workflow solutions by establishing relationships at all levels within their organizations.
- Demonstrating an indepth understanding of our products and their various applications.
- Articulating the value proposition and competitive positioning of our solutions.
- Anticipating and handling objections during the sales process with clear and concise responses that highlight the benefits of our platform.
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge of the competitive positioning of our solutions in the marketplace.
- Ensuring daily/weekly updates of the pipeline and providing accurate forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
- Participating in forecast review meetings to track progress towards revenue and growth goals.
- Helping and enabling representatives to improve their selling and product skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Native or fluent in German both oral and written (C2 level) and fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Solution Selling/Pre Sales/Account management/Business development in a closing/quota bearing role.
- Experience in product/sales enablement will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
- Passionate about inside sales as a profession and a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present and future of sales.
- Possess a natural flair for conversations and enjoy talking to customers about our solutions. Making outbound sales calls should be something you love connecting with multiple customers/accounts in a day/week.
- Resourceful and stressresilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
