Job description

The successfull applicant will assist the Head of Finance Department in his work. Including posting entries, preparing reconciliations and reporting

Job Duties

• Reviewing account statements of the banks and brokers
• Preparing reconciliations
• Summarising the reports on the clients' accounts
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledger
• Processing Petty Cash transactions
• Calculation depreciation of the fixed assets
• Reviewing trial balance. Processing correcting entries where necessary
• Preparing the VAT returns
• Preparing the documents for audit

Job Requirements

• Valid work permit
• Ukrainian nationals are welcomed, provided they have valid migration documents to stay and work in the Republic
• Knowledge of English (essential)
• Knowledge of Russian (appreciated)
• Good understanding of the nature of accounting, main accounting concepts and features
• Degree or diploma in accounting
• Sufficient knowledge of Excel and other microsoft packages
• Good ability to work with the large volume of numbers. Ability to work under the pressure.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or more senior position
• The references shall be requested
